Agreement

By using ایولِن's website or products you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Give us correct information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Send messages only to people who expect them, and follow WhatsApp's and the telecom operators' rules.
• Do not use our products for spam, fraud or anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Payment

• Plans are paid in advance for the period chosen. Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees.
• Unless the law says otherwise, payments are not refunded; unused days are credited when you upgrade.

Service

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Message delivery also depends on WhatsApp, the operators and the recipient's phone.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will tell customers about important changes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
