• In our products: the information our customers enter (for example students, fees and contacts) and the messages they send. Our customers decide what this is; we process it for them.
• Basic technical information such as your IP address, to keep the service secure.

How we use it

• To answer your request and provide the service you signed up for.
• To send service messages such as invoices and important changes.
• We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the service (for example hosting and message delivery), and the authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and then as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
